Before you open your shop

How do I get Bronze for 99p a month?

Create an account, go to the seller subscription or plan page, choose Bronze and apply coupon code FOUNDER. Confirm the price and renewal terms shown before you complete payment. The offer is £0.99 per month for as long as you remain subscribed with the coupon applied.

Is the 99p payment a one-off fee?

No. With the FOUNDER coupon applied to Bronze, it is £0.99 per month and renews automatically each month until you cancel future renewals.

Does Artsy Craftsy charge commission on my sales?

Artsy Craftsy charges 0% marketplace commission. Your payment provider may still charge transaction-processing fees, and you pay the monthly subscription for your chosen plan.

Will I get sales as soon as I join?

Sales aren't guaranteed on any marketplace. You can prepare your shop, publish strong listings and share your shop link. Artsy Craftsy is working to grow marketplace awareness, including buyer-focused promotion, but we can't promise when or whether a particular shop will make a sale.

Can I change plans or cancel?

You can cancel future subscription renewals at any time. Your shop remains active until the end of the paid period. Check the subscription page for the available options to change your plan.

What can I sell?

Artsy Craftsy is for handmade, designed, personalised, vintage and craft-related products that comply with the marketplace's seller policy and applicable UK rules. Sellers are responsible for accurate listings and meeting any legal requirements for their products.
