Payments & Transactions

Payments go directly to the seller through Stripe. Artsy Craftsy does not process payments, handle products, or fulfil orders. If you have an issue with your order, please contact the seller directly.

Your Privacy

When you place an order, we share your name, email address, and shipping information with the seller so they can fulfil your order. Both Artsy Craftsy and the seller are responsible for handling your information securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

What You Can Buy

Prohibited Items: Dangerous, illegal, or prohibited goods are not permitted on Artsy Craftsy. If you see a listing that appears to violate these rules, please report it.
Handmade & Unique Products: Many items sold on Artsy Craftsy are handmade, customised, vintage, or one-of-a-kind. Please read descriptions carefully and contact the seller if you have any questions before purchasing.

Shipping & Delivery

Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping your order. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary between shops.

Tracking: If tracking is available, the seller should provide tracking details where applicable.
Customs & Import Charges: If ordering internationally, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.
