Subscription Plans and Billing

Our subscription plans are designed to be flexible, allowing you to upgrade or downgrade as your business needs change.

If you require additional features, you may upgrade your subscription plan at any time. Any applicable changes in pricing and features will take effect immediately upon upgrading.

If you no longer require all the features included in your current plan, you may request to downgrade to a lower subscription tier where available.

Yearly Subscription Plans

Customers who choose an annual subscription receive a discounted rate in exchange for committing to a full twelve-month billing period.

Because annual plans are offered at a reduced price, they cannot be downgraded during the active subscription term. Any requested downgrade will take effect at the end of the current annual subscription period and will be applied upon renewal.

Your Responsibility

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel it if you no longer wish to operate your shop or use Artsy Craftsy services.

Cancelling your subscription will stop future renewal payments and ensure that your shop closes at the end of the current billing period.

Renewal Reminders

Before your next monthly or annual payment is due, we will send a reminder email to the address registered on your account.

If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you must cancel through your shop account before the renewal date.

Automatic Renewals and Refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.

If you fail to cancel your subscription before the renewal date, the subscription will automatically renew for the next billing period and the payment will be collected using your chosen payment method.

Subscription payments made following an automatic renewal are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

We recommend cancelling your subscription as soon as you decide you no longer wish to continue using the service to avoid any unwanted renewal charges.
