Anyone residing within the United Kingdom can open a shop and sell on Artsy Craftsy.

What Can Be Sold?

Sellers may offer handmade, designed, personalised, vintage, and craft-related products through the platform.

All products must:

  • Be legal to sell within the United Kingdom.
  • Comply with applicable consumer safety regulations.
  • Be accurately described.
  • Belong to, or be authorised for sale by, the seller.

Sellers remain responsible for ensuring compliance with any regulations relevant to their products, including but not limited to:

  • CLP (Classification, Labelling and Packaging) requirements.
  • Cosmetic Product Safety Reports where applicable.
  • UK or EU safety regulations.
  • CE or UKCA testing and certification requirements.
  • Any registration or reporting obligations required by law.

Currency and Payments

All transactions on Artsy Craftsy are processed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Seller Payments

Payments are sent directly to sellers through their chosen payment provider.

Account Management

Changing or Cancelling Your Account

Sellers are free to:

  • Close their shop at any time.
  • Leave the platform without penalties or exit fees.

How to Close Your Account

To close your account:

  1. Log in to your seller dashboard.
  2. Open the Shop Manager.
  3. Select Close Account.

Your account will close immediately and future subscription billing will stop.

We recommend downloading any information you wish to retain before closing your account.
