Please note that individual sellers on the platform may also apply their own additional terms and conditions, which will apply to your contract with them.
1 – Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these terms and conditions:

- Artsy Craftsy.co.uk: Refers to all hardware and software installations that make the website function.

- Product: Any item listed for sale on Artsy Craftsy.co.uk.
- Seller: Any person offering a product for sale on Artsy Craftsy.co.uk.

2 – Our Contract
- 2.1 We only deal with individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

- 2.3 Artsy Craftsy provides a marketplace platform, acting solely as an agent for the seller in terms of hosting the website and facilitating the collection and forwarding of payments.
- 2.4 Our responsibility to you does not extend beyond facilitating the transaction between you and the seller.
- 2.5 Should you have a comment or complaint about a seller, you may contact us through Artsy Craftsy.co.uk. We may act on complaints at our discretion, for the benefit of the Artsy Craftsy user community.
- 2.6 By using our website for free, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which govern the relationship between you and us.
- 2.7 We provide a marketplace for the sale of products and are not responsible for:
- 2.7.1 Locating and ordering products;
- 2.7.2 Your selection of products;
- 2.7.3 Any aspect of the provision of the products;
- 2.7.4 Payment for any product;
- 2.7.5 Any complaints regarding any product.
- 2.8 Your use of this website must be in accordance with these terms. If you do not accept them, your only option is to leave the website.
- 2.9 In the event of a dispute with a seller, you should deal directly with the seller. We have neither legal status nor product information in such disputes.
- 2.10 We may vary these terms and conditions at any time. The version relevant to your contract is the version posted on Artsy Craftsy.co.uk at the time your contract was formed.
3 – Your Account and Personal Information
- 3.1 You are responsible for all actions taken under your name, account, or password when using Artsy Craftsy.co.uk. You must keep your password confidential and secure, and notify us immediately if you believe it has become known to others or is being used in an unauthorised way.
- 3.2 You agree that all information you provide is accurate, up to date, and complete. We are not liable for any errors resulting from incorrect information.

4 – The Buying Procedure
- 4.1 Artsy Craftsy is not responsible for fulfilling your contract to purchase a product.
- 4.2 Prices listed by sellers include any applicable sales tax.
- 4.3 Unless stated otherwise, all sales are made by traders acting in the course of business.
- 4.4 Products may be subject to discounts or promotions arranged by Artsy Craftsy and the seller.
- 4.5 Products are sold at a fixed price, with VAT included in the price or shown separately. If VAT is not shown, it will not be charged.
- 4.6 Neither we nor the seller are responsible for actions by governmental authorities, such as duties, taxes, delays, or impounding of items.
- 4.7 Payment must be made in the currency in which the item is listed for sale.
- 4.8 Once you request a product, you enter a legally binding contract to pay the seller.
- 4.9 Payment is made to the seller via credit or debit card using our secure checkout.
- 4.10 All sales are subject to applicable laws, but no rights are implied unless legally set out in this document.
- 4.11 For security, we may restrict the number of transactions you can make within a given period.
- 4.12 We retain your personal information to facilitate future use of Artsy Craftsy.co.uk, but do not retain payment or credit card information. Such financial information is handled by our payment provider, Stripe. For details, see our privacy notice.
- 4.13 Artsy Craftsy acts only as an intermediary between buyer and seller. We are not responsible or liable for any injury or criminal act at a meet-up, as we are merely the introducer.
5 – Security of Your Account
- 5.1 We take measures to ensure Artsy Craftsy.co.uk is safe. All purchases are processed securely through Stripe, and we do not have access to your financial information. All transactions are handled securely by Stripe.
6 – The Artsy Craftsy Promise
- 6.1 To give you confidence in the Artsy Craftsy buying experience, we make the following promise:
- 6.2 If a seller fails to supply an item you have paid for, or supplies an item substantially different from what you ordered, we will do our best to work with you promptly and diligently to help resolve your dispute with the seller.

- 6.4 We cannot be held responsible for refunds. We have no obligation to pay refunds and exclude liability for any losses or expenses arising from the seller’s failure to supply an item or supplying an item that is substantially different from what was ordered.
- 6.5 This promise is subject to the following conditions:
- 6.5.1 The claim form must be completed truthfully and accurately.
- 6.5.2 You must provide us with an address.
- 6.5.3 You must not have requested a chargeback from your credit card company.
- 6.6 This guarantee is non-contractual and is operated at our full discretion.
7 – If You Buy as a Consumer
If you are a citizen of the European Union and purchase as a consumer under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000:
- 7.1 If you cancel your contract within seven days of making it, the seller is legally required to refund your payment in full.
8 – Maintaining Your Personal Information
- 8.1 You are solely responsible for all information you submit to us, and for keeping it up to date.
- 8.2 Any information you submit for publication must be accurate and complete, and must not include contact details such as telephone numbers, email addresses, names, or street addresses.
- 8.3 By registering, you accept that we may send you offers from third parties for goods or services.
- 8.4 If you cancel your account, or if you have been inactive for at least 24 months, we may delete all your personal information and documents.
- 8.5 We are not obliged to delete your personal information immediately and are not liable for any third-party use of your information.
9 – How We Handle Your Content
- 9.1 Our privacy policy is robust and fully compliant with UK law.
- 9.2 Content you post to any public area of Artsy Craftsy.co.uk becomes available worldwide. We cannot control who sees or uses it.
- 9.3 Even if access to your content requires registration, it is essentially public since anyone can register. Avoid posting unnecessary confidential information.
- 9.4 You irrevocably authorise us to publish feedback, comments, and ratings about your activity on Artsy Craftsy.co.uk, even if they are critical or defamatory.

11 – Your Posting: Restricted Content
- We may refuse, edit, or remove postings that do not comply with these terms. In addition, postings must not contain:

- 11.2 Unauthorised hyperlinks;
- 11.3 Irrelevant keywords or repeated words;
- 11.4 Names, logos, or trademarks of organisations other than your own;
- 11.5 Inaccurate, false, or misleading information;
- 11.6 Material or links exploiting people sexually, violently, or otherwise, or soliciting personal information from those under 18.
12 – Removal of Offensive Content
- We are not obliged to monitor user activity, but may do so without notice. If you are offended by any content:
- 12.2.1 Submit your claim or complaint using the form on Artsy Craftsy.co.uk or provide equivalent information by post or email.
- 12.2.2 We will remove the offending content as soon as reasonably possible.
- 12.2.3 We will investigate complaints at our discretion.
- 12.2.4 We may or may not reinstate the content after investigation.
- 12.3 By making a complaint, you grant us a licence to publish the complaint and all related correspondence without limitation.
- 12.4 If a complaint is made frivolously or vexatiously, you agree to repay our investigation costs, including legal fees.
13 – Security of Our Website

- 2.5 We welcome any comment or complaint about a seller, which you make through Artsy Craftsy.co.uk. We may act upon a complaint at our discretion, for the benefit of the Artsy Craftsy user community.
- 2.6 These terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between you and us. By using our website free of charge, you agree to be bound by them.
- 2.7 We provide a marketplace for the supply of products. We are in no way responsible for:
- Your locating and ordering products;
- Your choice of products;
- Any aspect of the provision of the products;
- Payment for any product;
- Any complaint about any product.
- 2.8 If you use this website, you do so in accordance with these terms. If you are unable to accept these terms, your only remedy is to leave the website.
- 2.9 In any dispute with a seller, you should deal only with the seller. We have neither legal status nor product information.
- 2.10 We may change this agreement in any way at any time. The version applicable to your contract is the version which was posted on Artsy Craftsy.co.uk at the time that the contract was made.

4 – The Buying Procedure
- 4.1 Artsy Craftsy is not responsible for the fulfilment of your contract to buy a product.
- 4.2 Prices listed on Artsy Craftsy.co.uk by sellers are inclusive of any applicable sales tax.
- 4.3 Unless it is clear to the contrary, you may assume that every sale is made by a trader in the course of their business.
- 4.4 Products may be offered for sale subject to any discount or promotion arranged between Artsy Craftsy and the seller.
- 4.5 Subject to discounts and promotions, products are offered for sale at a fixed price. VAT may be due and will be either included in the price or shown separately. If not shown, it will not be charged.
- 4.6 Neither we nor the seller can be responsible for action by any governmental authority. We do not know and are not responsible for duties, taxes, delays or impounding of any item.
- 4.7 You are required to pay in the currency in which the item is listed for sale on Artsy Craftsy.co.uk.
- 4.8 Once you request a product, you have entered a legally binding contract to fulfil your payment to the seller.
- 4.9 You will be required to pay the seller via credit or debit card using our secure checkout.
- 4.10 Every sale will be subject to the laws applicable but there shall not be implied any right which is not a legal right and which is not set down in this document.
- 4.11 For security purposes (yours and ours) we will not permit more than a maximum number of transactions with you in a given period of time.
- 4.12 To make future use of Artsy Craftsy.co.uk easier and faster for you, we will retain the personal information you give to us. We will not retain information relating to your payment or credit card. This financial information never comes into our control and the information is given into a page which is in reality a page of our payment provider Stripe. - 4.13 Artsy Craftsy are just the intermediary between the buyer and the seller. We cannot be held accountable or liable for any injury or crime committed at a meet up. We are merely the introducer.

We have no obligation to pay money into your account by way of refund and we exclude any liability we may have to you for losses suffered or expenses incurred as a result of any failure of the seller to supply an item for which you have paid or for supplying an item which is substantially different from what you ordered.
- 6.5 This promise is subject to the following conditions:
- The claim form must be completed truthfully and accurately.
- You must provide an address to us.
- You must not have requested a chargeback from your credit card company.
- 6.6 The guarantee set out in this paragraph is non-contractual. We shall operate it at our entire discretion.
