Shopping on Artsy Craftsy

When you buy on Artsy Craftsy, you’re buying directly from an independent UK seller. Each seller runs their own shop, sets their own rules, and handles their own orders.

Payments & Transactions

Payments go straight to the seller using Stripe. Artsy Craftsy doesn’t handle payments or products. If you have an issue, message the seller directly.

Your Privacy

When you place an order, we share your name, email, and shipping address with the seller so they can complete your order. Both Artsy Craftsy and the seller must handle your information securely. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

What You Can Buy

• Prohibited items: No dangerous goods or illegal items. If you see something that doesn’t belong, report it.
• One-of-a-kind pieces: Many items are handmade or vintage. Read descriptions carefully and ask questions before buying.

Shipping & Delivery

Sellers are in charge of packing and posting your order. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by seller.

• Tracking: If tracking is available, the seller will provide it.
• Customs: If you’re ordering from abroad, you may have to pay import duties.

Returns & Cancellations

Sellers set their own policies for returns and cancellations. Check the shop’s rules before you buy. If there’s a problem, contact the seller first.

Still stuck? If you can’t reach an agreement, you can ask Artsy Craftsy to step in and help — but we can’t guarantee a resolution.

Respectful Communication

Please be kind when contacting sellers. Most issues can be solved with a quick, friendly message. If you need help, we’re here to mediate.

Disputes with Other Users

If you have a problem with another user, we suggest trying to sort it out directly. By using Artsy Craftsy, you agree not to hold us responsible for any issues between users.

Intellectual Property

If you believe something listed on Artsy Craftsy violates copyright or trademark rights, please report it to us via the report button or the contact link in the footer.

Our Role

Artsy Craftsy provides the platform — sellers create and ship the products. We can’t guarantee the quality, legality, or accuracy of items. Any legal claims must go to the seller, not Artsy Craftsy.

We are not liable for damaged items, lost profits, or any problems that arise from using the platform.
