Discount Coupons
Artsy Craftsy makes it easy to offer discount coupons to your customers. You can set up and manage these codes directly from your shop dashboard, giving you the flexibility to run special promotions or seasonal offers that suit your business needs.
New Shop with No Sales
If you have been selling on Artsy Craftsy for a month and have not made any sales, there are several important points to consider:
- Reflect on whether you have actively networked and shared your shop’s URL with others.
- Consider if you have promoted your shop’s products to your audience, both online and offline.
- Allow enough time for your shop to gain visibility; it is recommended to dedicate at least six months to consistently sharing and marketing your products.
- Review your product listings to ensure they provide adequate information to attract and inform potential customers.
- Check that your product photographs are clear and use simple backgrounds so your items remain the focal point.
Contract Terms
There are no binding contracts when selling with Artsy Craftsy. You have complete freedom to leave the platform at any time, with no restrictions or penalties.
Customer Issues
If a customer contacts you to say they have not received their items, it is your responsibility as a seller to resolve the issue. It is advisable to check if you have a tracking number for the parcel. While Artsy Craftsy provides the shop platform, all customer service matters are managed by you, the seller.
Copyrighted or Trademarked Items
Artsy Craftsy does not allow the sale of copyright or trademarked items on its platform. If you spot someone selling such items, you can report it using the dedicated report button. The Artsy Craftsy team will address the issue accordingly.

Closing Your Shop
Q: How do I close my shop?
- Click on ‘close account’ in your shop dashboard. Your account will close immediately and billing will stop. Please ensure you download any account information before closing.
